1. Free tools

Inspection, cleaning, verification, batch processing, and download of cleaned files through the free web tools do not require payment. There is nothing to refund for free usage.

2. Optional paid products (if offered)

If we introduce optional paid plans, digital downloads, or partner offers, refund eligibility will be stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, digital services that have been fully delivered may be non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error for a product we sell, contact [email protected] within 14 days with your receipt details. We will investigate in good faith.

4. Third-party purchases

Purchases made on third-party platforms (for example app stores or partner marketplaces) are subject to those platforms’ refund rules.
