Inspection, cleaning, verification, batch processing, and download of cleaned files through the free web tools do not require payment. There is nothing to refund for free usage.

2. Optional paid products (if offered)
If we introduce optional paid plans, digital downloads, or partner offers, refund eligibility will be stated at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, digital services that have been fully delivered may be non-refundable except where required by law.
